i couldn't ever find what the fine print is denoted by the *. there is also
a weird trailer on that page that shows a bit of game play from each one of
these titles. not a bad deal if you were planning on picking up all these
anyway.
xbla house party starts on february 15th. the order of the games releasing
is not known and neither are their prices (probably 1200 for all if i had to
guess) but the games are:

i am alive
nexuiz
warp
