Ashampoo Snap 4.3 screen capture software is really excellent and STILL
available free from the German computer magazine Chip. I think this is
excellent software, especially for those (like me) who occasionally find
screen capturing invaluable, but don't use it very often. For such people,
this program is especially good because of the help system.
This was normally $20; now you can get version 5 for that price from
Ashampoo:

Note 1: to get a key from Ashampoo, you need to supply them with an e-mail

Note 2: the program lets you choose the installation language, so you can
install in English.
