using Digital Doorstep and they have just filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and all
fandango codes are now cancelled. Just a heads up for people having issues.
I contacted KGB and they are refunding my money.

have heard, the fulfillment vendor that was used for our Fandango deals,
Digital Doorstep, filed for bankruptcy and all unredeemed codes have been
deactivated.
Given these circumstances, we're offering you a full refund for your
unredeemed codes. We've gone ahead and put in a refund request for $24 to be
credited to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. Please allow
5-7 days for the credit to post to your account.
By accepting this refund, you are representing that you are an individual
and that you are being refunded for a purchase made for personal, family, or
household use that was not delivered or provided to you. Further, by
accepting this refund you agree to assign to kgb Deals, Inc. any and all
claims you have against Digital Doorstep relating to the purchase for which
this refund is being provided.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused and hope you'll continue
to use kgbdeals.
