Cowboom has a sale on Sprint HTC Arrive for $109.99. Normally this phone
used goes for ~$170

I believe this is a decent deal for a Windows 7 phone.
Few things about Cowboom:
- All products are used with ratings
- You select from a list of available used products that have a rating and (
normally) picture of the actual product
I ordered a PSP Go from them in the past and it was in great shape (a "6"),
but I have heard from other buyers that they had pretty good luck with a 4
or better.
