Hi,
Received the attached docs by mail with my monthly TMobile bill. TMobile is
increasing the Regulatory Programs Fee and also start charging returned
payment fee for check payments. This is a change to their existing Terms/
Condtions (Pt #5) at

Call TMobile customer Service and start bitching about this. They will let
you cancel the service without ETF
