bill.
The rules say:
a. Restaurant Game Period: Visit a participating Outback Steakhouse
restaurant to receive a Scratch Card with your bill or simply request a
Scratch Card from an Outback Steakhouse employee. No purchase is necessary
to obtain a Scratch Card. Scratch Cards will only be available at
participating restaurants during store hours between August 30, 2010 -
September 30, 2010, while supplies last.
