Not all will qualify for the MIR so be sure to look at the form.
I was a little skepticial at first and Vista was having issues with their
website's security certificate. But in the end, I bought 4 of the Goodyear
Eagle LS-2's for my daily driver. They arrived the same week via UPS in 4
separate boxes, each weighing 25 lbs. The free shipping is great, tirerack.
com would have charged me $80 in shipping for the exact same order.
