There is an 870 clone selling for nearly a hundred dollars less in another
thread, but here's the real deal for well under $300, which is Mossberg 500
territory. These are mostly long-barreled versions at 26" and 28" and are
therefore less appropriate for home defense than the shorter ones (such as
the 18", which is not on sale but still subject to the rebate), but surely
this is a good deal for someone in the market who has a Gander Mountain
nearby.
