发帖数: 572 | 1 Ascent Solar 总算开始生产他家的 CIGS 面板了. 目前 CIGS
的生产厂家包括 Nanosolar, Global Solar, DayStar, Ascent...
但是目前好象只有 Ascent 做到了 Plastic Substrate.
DayStar 已经退出, 转而做 glasses Substrate. Global Solar
是做在金属片上. Nanosolar 号称也是 plastic substrate.
但是目前还没看到 Nanosolar 的产品.
目前来看, CIGS 的实际应用转换效率高于 a-Si. Ascent 报告
的是 10%, a-Si 一般只能做到 6-8%. 这个转换效率, 接近于
First Solar 的 CdTe 技术. 如果真如 Ascent claim 的话.
Ascent 的前途挺大.
Ascent 的代号是 ASTI. 目前还属于垃圾股范畴.

I remember First Solar once said CdTe is not toxic unless it's decompsed.
But now I looked at wikipedia, it said it's toxic. I am confused.
