11:00 a.m. -- O&R has advanced its service restoration timetable and now
estimates that 95 percent of its 64,000 customers whose electric service was
temporarily interrupted by the severe winter storm that has blasted through
the area will see their power restored by midnight tonight. O&R had
previously set Tuesday night at midnight as its 95 percent service
restoration target.
About 200 O&R crews, contractor crews and mutual aid crews from neighboring
