different from the coen brothers' other work. I'd complain about unnecessary
silence that was abusively used in this film. it didn't give much impression
to me. the music goes well with the black-n-white though. saw the guy from
miller's
crossing, talks the same talk, an interesting character.
overall, an interesting film, not their best stuff. |

的悲哀早是冷而又冷的饭了。
隔了几天再想，却又觉得还是翻出
点新意的。
摄影最好，竟然没得奖，这还罢了，
我偶像Billy Bob 竟也没得奖，
气死我了。

我很悲哀.发现自己的心态越来越老了.摆着那么灿烂明媚诙谐动人,"让世界充满爱"的温
情浪漫小品Amelie不喜欢,却越来越钟情于晦暗沉重犬儒悲凉,"这世界到底怎么了?!"的
film noir中.也许是因为自己也正坠入那日复一日的平凡人的生活中而不能自拔吧.所谓
地"trapped by life".
正是在这种心态中看了The Man Who Wasn't There.Coen兄弟在2001噶纳得到最佳导演奖
的新作.看的是晚场,一间很破的电影院,应该是仓库改建的,没有任何decor的粗糙的墙壁,
几排板凳,一张幕布扯在当中,让我不禁回到小时候看露天电影的年代.除

quite political, but for a home brewed Chinese like myself,
I find it hard to digest without much background knowledge.

结果看到高潮处，居然又没录全！抽搐！
从图书馆借来了the man who wasn't there DVD
原来在电影院看过，可因为听力问题，看得一头污水
这回可以开着字幕看个痛快
整个片子象件名贵的艺术品，凝重，精致，简捷，纯净
真正是大师手笔，结构，摄影，对白，都无懈可击
嗯，暗自想，如果故事能够再离奇一点就好了
