This is a very beautiful movie. I've seen it twice, once in cinema, once on
tape. Beautiful and touching. Very good technique and story telling as well.
And you can see how Chinese film makers learned from this film.

about movies, but I will be very happy too see some former soviet movies. Many
of them are worth seeing. Such as:
"Later, the war started".
" The theme"
and such and such political poignant movies.
I remember the actress in this movie is very beautiful. Is that true or only
my poor memory?

or something like that. and there was a comedy talking about a father
coping w/ his kid and work.
it'd be very interesting to see them again
