正好是在来回听了三四圈马友友的巴西提琴的周末，找到ｃａｍｂｒｉｄ
ｇｅ街角一家小电影院来看这场电影，必须承认的错误是，Ｃｉｔｙ ｏ
ｆ Ｇｏｄ的确比魔戒更值得一两个奥斯卡奖。这片名若真是事实中的贫
民区市名，讽刺意义不得不让人苦笑，巴西提琴里的浪漫温柔也是白费了，
Ｃｉｄａｄｅ ｄｅ Ｄｕｅｓ没有神护卫。
电影里种种画面有让人目眩的能量，叫观众随时忘记生死之间微妙的一线
区分，或者“生命”与没有梦的生命之间不可逾越的深渊。但是在完美的
摄像技术，强烈颜色，和可以听着度过整个夏天的电子爵士电影音乐背后，
Ｃｉｔｙ ｏｆ Ｇｏｄ还是一个悲剧，一出极端暴力，品味超前却让人
骨冷的悲剧。却没有人会为这悲剧中角色的死而落泪，因为这里的生命不
值分文。
让Ｔａｒａｎｔｉｎｏ来看看这场电影吧！

did u see the end of movie?it is based on a true story
when they show the actor's name,a real pic of the hoodlum is on the right
even with the real interview of knockdown ned.
well,have to say the movie is great.but like all other movie,
it is still a drama,or the little photogragher cant meet another youngster
from city of god at bureau.
so it is all how u want to chose ur life.
well,for knockdown ned,probly it is fate force him to chose it.

I don't think it is "extremely violent". Unlike Tino's romancing
of the violence, the shootings and blood spills and deaths all have
meanings in this one.

bloody death makes most romance sense among all. Shaggy chic's sorrow for
Shaggy, Li'l Zé's sorrow for Benny, the structure is tightened, simple and
cool.
These days 94.7 always broadcast Bob Marley's I shot the sheriff, I didn't
shoot the deputy from time to time ... He sing that silly lyric so stubborn
and make me feel the movie again and again.
