Of course, he read that book in the original language before.
His hometown is very close to where the author live.
His mother used to work in the town the book described , took him to her
work when she commute. Surprisingly, he found the village and the river are
exactly how the book illustrated.
I think that's fantastic experience in one's life. | T*C

比如我邻居的妈就是个兼职巫师/神婆。自称有和死去人通话的本领，经常借她之口给
活人带话儿。她家楼上就是给人算命，装神弄鬼的地方，一家人也不以为异数。我想也
许马尔克斯构造的神话王国，并不都出于想像。拉美文化中很多神神鬼鬼的东西在那里。
