priced well will go fast.

Currently, the condo is 300K-600K. the townhouse is 600K-800k, the singly
family is 800K- 1.2M+..
The foster city is kindly of small. The best part is close to Foster city
elementary. or around that area. Not in area close to the bay..
I am a realtor who lives in Foster city right now.. if you interest.. let me
know.

Two weeks ago, 910 Laguna comes on the market and gets 9 offers in 6 days.
The winner paid cash, closed in a week and let the sellers live there after
close of escrow as long as they want to. The day after Laguna looked at
offers, 710 Polaris comes on the market at just about the same price and is
a very similar floor plan to Laguna. As of today it hasn’t sold…no offers.
Who knows why? Polaris is a little busier street? It needs a little more |

的很快120多万就卖出去了。其实那个房子还只是一个TOWNHOUSE(有一侧是连着的),
还有$500的HOA.一个水景真的值20万吗?当然如果这个买家有钱,他就喜欢水景,就值
了啊。

POLARIS这个离高速有点近,有点声音。

house were interested in the polaris house. So they are still out there
waiting for a house in a nicer community.
