I am in a univ near the border with Mexico. As you know, Bush has signed a 1
-billion to build a fence. It can be physical as well as virtual, but anyway
technology driven. The border control/security is hot issue that the nation

I have been thinking about do sth to share a micro portion of the bill. Do
you guys have interests? My research area: pattern recognition, data mining.
The sensor network based on radar + motion detection is my initial idea.
