as of January 1, 2008.
Unfortunately, there has been no movement in the EB-2 category for Chinese
nationals since last
month. The cut-off date has remained at January 2003.
For Indian nationals, however, the cut-off date has regressed yet another
year, and now is at January
2000.
As in the December 2007 Visa Bulletin, there is no backlog for EB-1(a) or
EB-1(b) cases for Chinese or
