as of February 1, 2008.
Unfortunately, there has been no movement in the EB-2 category for Chinese
nationals since last
month. The cut-off date has remained at January 1, 2003.
For Indian nationals, however, the Visa Bulletin indicates “U” which means
that no Visa Numbers are
available at all. This means that no new I-485s can be filed by EB-2
Indians regardless of their Priority
