Looking for postdocs
1) As soon as you start your postdoc, the clock is ticking. You are not a
student anymore and are expected to produce. If you are unsuccessful for a
first postdoc, you will have a chance to switch. But after two unfruitful
postdocs, your chance of move on diminishes. So don’t graduate until you
are ready; and choose your postdoc lab very carefully. Mo |
