BTW: I did not take medicine for assisted hatching. Maybe different doctor
has different protocol.

hatching ah.
I'm taking something called methylprednisolone for 4 fills a day for 4 days,
which i just googled is used to protect the embryo from inflammatory cells.
G. METHYLPREDNISOLONE (Medrol)
This steroid hormone is taken when the Assisted-Hatch procedure is being
done, in conjunction with the Embryo Transfer. It is taken to suppress any
inflammatory reaction that might occur between the embryo(s) and the
endometrial lini

好的话，只移植两个。他还说最新guidelines的上个星期刚刚出来云云，我这个年龄的
不要超过两个。反正最终还是要看transfer那天thaw的结果啦。

发帖数: 1124 | 16 Thanks JMs. BTW, it's postponed to Sunday because my progesterone was a
little low yesterday and got higher today, which means I ovulated yesterday.
So the transfer will be on Sunday now.
BTW, my cycle has definitely gotten a little longer after my fresh IVF cycle
. I used to have 26-day cycles and now it's around 29 days. |

My coworker told me that when the frozen baby is born, he wears a rain
jacket :)

发帖数: 1124 | 24 THANKS! yes, it went well. easy and smooth, just like last time. Two were
thawed and both survived. The embroyologist said they both look good. no
cells were lost. So i just transferred two with assisted hatching.
