。可是如果是
IUI或者IVF药物辅助的cycle，在hcg注射以后的24小时内用排卵试纸测的话应该出现什
么结果？
我自己想不太明白。一方面，我觉得hcg注射后24－36小时内排卵，这个提前的时间和
试纸能提前预测的
时间差不多，所以排卵试应该纸显示LH surge；可是另一方面，会不会因为Iui和ivf是
用hcg来促排
卵，所以实际上LH值并不会升高，和正常的cycle不太一样。
有经验的JMS帮忙解答一下吧。多谢了！
PS:我昨天晚上将近12点注射的，刚才9点半用试纸测排卵，没有发现LH surge。不知怎么解读是排了

good information about this question:

In a cycle stimulated with injected FSH (for IUI or IVF), most of the time
the natural LH surge does not occur at all, so we need to give the hCG. In
some cases the LH surge does occur, but it happens too soon, before the eggs
are mature. This is probably due to the fact that estrogen levels are
higher earlier in a medicated cycle, so the LH rises earlier. We don’t know

发帖数: 1013 | 5 谢谢JJ回复。我知道放松心情其实很重要。不光是有利于自己的身体健康，这个本身就
是最重要的事，另外也可能有利于怀孕。
可是每个走到这一步的JM哪个都是求子心切，想尽一切办法，努力做所有可以做的事情
，只要能够有利于怀孕，哪怕是一丝一毫，哪怕是没有任何科学依据。想要放松心情，真的很难啊。。。
说到科学依据，自己这两年里的经历让我越来越觉得，尽管今天的医学比过去发达了很
多，可是面临人体这么复杂的一个系统还是太无知了。你看这些IUI，IVF，其实都是因为能排查的因素都
正常，可还是不知道是什么原因导致不孕才做的。最让人觉得失望的是，就算是做上N次IUI,IVF，成功
也好，失败也好，都还是不能帮助分析认识不孕的原因。能够因此怀孕的也不知道是什么原因怀上了，而
经历过这些还是没有怀上的就只剩下痛苦和绝望。。。
