Ovidrel,原来我上次triggle的针打错了。我打了Ganirelix，恰恰药效与Ovidrel相反
，是防止排卵的，这也解释了为什么我第一次ER没取到卵的缘故。害得后来补了一针，
第二天才取了半边卵巢的卵子。
想来是自己第二次IVF心理压力太大了。父母到我身边来帮忙，我怕他们担心，装作满
不在乎的样子，打针自己打，而且避着他们，打得快快的，结果犯了这样那样的错误。
最后居然针都打错了。好在怀上了，否则这时还在苦恼。
人生真是古怪，福兮祸兮，难以预料。 |

我也有一点不理解, 你说护士给你补了一针Ovidrel后第二天再次取卵, 听起来好象只
隔了24小时, 不是说TRIGGER到ER要严格控制36小时左右吗? |

发帖数: 912 | 8 补的那针是上午１０点，第二天下午５点取的卵。所以严格算来有３１小时间隔，医生
说是可以接受的范围。

发帖数: 912 | 9 是啊，这种错误真是不可思议，差点前功尽弃，但终于解释我没排卵的原因。因为额外
的一次取卵，诊所又加收了两千。我当时不开心，现在看来是我的错。不过很难说是否
因为我的不顺，诊所对我的CASE很尽心，实验室的人说加班花了两小时找精子呢，结果
受精卵情况很好。每次我去复查，护士总是对我又搂又抱。：）
MM不必太忧，我的经历说明有些事情不是自己能控制的。随它吧。祝所有的MM想宝得宝！

就使用，可以防止LEADING FOLLICLE长得太快。
我的第一次IVF用ANTANGONIST PROTOCOL，没有降调，直接促排，结果几个大的卵泡长
得过快，小的用没跟上去；第五天用GANIRELIX防止排卵。一共促排八天，取了九枚卵
，四玫不成熟。受精六个，DAY ５移植两个，没有冻胎，结果没成。
第二次MDL，卵泡长得很均匀，九天时有１４个的大卵泡，但是E２很高，过了４千。结
果最后一天促排我晕针了，而且晚上又打错了TRIGGLE。最后取了六枚卵，五枚受精，
全部熬到第五天。移植两个，冻了三个。怀了一个，目前还顺利。
据说ANTANGONIST和MDL都适用于LOW OVARY RESERVE，我的情形是对促排针都有良好反
应，但尺寸不均匀。MDL看来适用于我。

blood test before stimulation found my E2 was still too high and rising. So
I wasn't suppressed by Lupron. My doc has asked me to stop Lupron. I'll go
for sonogram tomorrow to see what's going on. Doc said he'll let my period
come and then may change the proctol. Not sure if he'll change it to an
antangonist protocol.

protocol. Usually birth control pills plus Lupron can lower down E2.
Sometimes this method supress ovary too much that some patients don't
respond well to stim drugs. Your case seems totally opposite. How old are
you?
I had a cancelled cycle back in July. I didn't have birth control pills at
that time so my baseline E2 was too high. Doctor cancelled that cycle and
put me into BCP for about 22 days. My E2 was lowered in

months. Went for sonogram this morning and he saw a 14mm follicle. I asked
why I wasn't suppressed by lupron and he said he didn't know and "nothing in
life is 100%" :(
anyway, now i need to wait for my period and then he'll start stimulation
with anatoganist. I'm a little worried the anatoganist protcol would produce
uneven follicles development. The doc said "no, it won't. we use it all the
time. it's just another way bla

LG的精子问题是我们做IVF的主要原因。他做过结扎手术，精子数量低于２０万，而且
几次取精都没取到。但医生说剩下的精子形态和活动力都还不错。

anxious and your brain was telling your body growing follicles subconciously
. I did ovulate once during my period. That was captured by my blood test.
My doctor told me that the more i try the more wierd things happen. He let
me relax and not worry. You may just let it go and enjoy no stim for a while
.
32 is still young. You have plenty of chances. Don't worry. Doctor will find
a right way.
