不清楚first visit到底能做什么，需要几次检查才能查完。打电话问了保险公司，说
regular visits to OB是cover的，reproductive examinations 是不cover的。

见医生前都填好的那些信息，病史啊什么的）。一分钟给我看了一张女性生殖器官图，
告诉我怎样受孕。然后就让我和他的assisstant去谈了，我就问各项检查的价格。
就是这样。

保险），如果是ppo 就不需要在network 里面。
你看看你的insurance booklet 是怎么说family planning and infertility
treatment 的.
我看了一下我的，是这样的。 就是说一般检查包， 一旦和IUI 及IVF 相关的不孕治疗
就不包。

会run ultrasonic,那个infertility specialist是她refer的,她在那里做过training,
想来不会错.

有关的费用信息。也是OB推荐的，这个医生是这个中心的创始人，资历很老。

4000 toward the Maxim. 虽然有这个Maxim,但是还是希望保险能尽量多cover些,因为
通过保险公司能拿到很高的discout,我们自己的话只好任宰了.
涉及到Infertility, 只有这么两段:

隔壁这个帖子正好有价钱，我觉得是比较贵的。
你先想想自己在妇科方面有没有任何不适，比如月经过多，痛经，偶而腹痛什么的，找
普通医生检查。因为这些不适引起你不舒服，虽然也可能影响怀孕，保险还是要cover
的。
检查的话，我当年的医生挺好，给我到小点的诊所里做，一千块好像下来了。不过看医
生也巨贵，先一张账单275付了，后又来了张100的，说是第一张是给医生的，第二张是
见医生时用了那个小房间，给医院的。 | c**s

打交道, 一般很清楚哪些是covered. 你可以把问问他们.

the tests for me: Day blood tests: 8 tubes of blood: all the necessary test,
hormones and some are chromosome test; the ultrasound for ovary and uterus;
and HSG (do not know if I remember the name correctly) to test the tubes.
Since these are all done the in the hospital my OB is, so everything is
covered by the insurance.
After I went to see my RE, they let my OB send all the results to them.

候，算一下，省去的保费加公司match，需要自己掏腰包的跟一般的差不多，只不过有
个timing的问题。

发帖数: 420 | 18 是啊,我们的保险越换越糟糕,平时有什么头疼脑热的,只要能忍,就不敢去看了,花不起
这个钱啊.倒是有HSA可以用,单位给match一半,还算可以.问题是HSA里的钱现在不用以
后还可以用来做别的,所以花HSA的钱感觉跟自己掏腰包差不多.

我知道的保险是跟雇主走的, ValleyLD MM和你一个保险公司不能说明你的benefits和
她的一样.不同的雇主和保险公司会neogotiate各自的plan.
同意Tigerzhu MM, 让你的OB尽可能多order一些检查.
