Can people catch swine flu from eating pork?
No. Swine influenza viruses are not transmitted by food. You can not get
swine influenza from eating pork or pork products. Eating properly handled
and cooked pork and pork products is safe. Cooking pork to an internal
temperature of 160°F kills the swine flu virus as it does other bacteria
and viruses.

猪流感是猪群中一种可引起地方性流行性感冒的正黏液病毒，属呼吸系统疾病。猪流感
通常爆发于猪之间。秋冬季属高发期，但全年可传播。以往曾经发生人类感染猪流感，
但未有发生人传人案例。
主要症状：与感冒类似，出现发烧、咳嗽、疲劳、食欲不振等
传播方式：由人-人形式传播，打喷嚏、咳嗽和物理接触可传播病毒。微量病毒可留存
在桌面、电话机或其它平面上，再透过手指与眼、鼻、口的接触来传播。
预防：充足睡眠、勤于锻炼、勤洗手、室内保持通风等，养成良好的个人卫生习惯。咳
嗽或打喷嚏时要遮住，经常洗手，以酒精为底的洗手乳或泡沫消毒剂，杀死细菌或病毒
的效果也非常好。
治疗：感染早期用达菲(Oseltamivir)有效
吃猪肉会感染吗？猪流感等病毒对外界的抵抗力很差，只要加热至71℃，就能杀死猪流
感病毒。
易感人群：多为青壮年，年龄集中在25岁至45岁
