Defensive tackle Omar Hunter has decommitted from his verbal pledge to
attend Notre Dame, ESPN.com is reporting.
Hunter, a four-star Rivals.com recruit from Buford, Ga., is now considering
Florida, Auburn and USC according to the report. He is the first player to
leave Notre Dame’s Class of 2008, which has been touted as among the best
in the country by recruiting services.
