It includes some photos of an IL-76 with possible Chinese marking
hidden in a VIP hanger at Zhukovsky. The marking on the tail looks like
CFTE logo:
This plane might be under certain modification for either tanker or awacs
mission.
(Russian seems to become one of the best places to gather open source
information about PLAAF)

发帖数: 73 | 3 You are right to point out that double blue swirls of CFTE logo are usually
toward the front of plane. We just need another side view photo by a brave
plane spotter ;-). However, the tail configuration of this IL-76 does bear
some resemblance of IL-78 tanker.
