时结合周围的市场价说明我的出价是合理的。都是商量的语气，比较客气。
没想到他回信：“Here is something you should know:
Collectively, XXX and I have more years of experience in real estate than,
very likely, the number of years you have been alive. For you to lecture us
on the “correct” way to appraise a property is, if anything, even more
stupid than arrogant. Please, don’t even think of buying this property...
."
因为我们没有buyer agent,所以这是list agent,一个70多岁的白老头，中介公司好像
也他自己开的。不知道我们能做什么？就这么算了有点气不过。 | l*****g
