1. test only station--只许验不许修. 要看清楚 DMV renewal notice
2. test and/or repair station--可验也可修
for 2, recommend Good Year Tire store--inside Tustin Costco (off Bryan)
shopping center. store always offer coupon--mail to home

好像说dmv现在对七月份以后renew的不再提起两个月发通知了；有谁是七月份的，大
概什么时候知道？

and they pushed me for many other repairs. of course i didn't do any and
they were very "upset". smog was done and not sure if they did anything "
extra" (damage) to my car...
i think mkt price is ~$40
