比copperbit*h和parkwayplaza好多了，涨幅是80，然后是90，100
单身的多住几个人是王道，比如2bed住仨男人绝对省钱。或者干脆上townhouse，
3bed住5个，如果是1bed的可以住俩（卧室+客厅）
印度兄弟据说在viarovillage/collegecourt那种已经是最便宜的3bed能住进去6+
租私人的大豪斯也是非常省钱的，4bed, 5bed的，然后一堆人平分下来
