ok, here is my suggestion.
instead of thinking hours.
thinking the source. the motivation, the root of your action.
looking at these.
and see what influence them, what make them stronger,
what weakens them.
There seems tobe moment, when heart is strong but doesn't turn into action.
there is also time, action from habit also helps, but not enough.
