发帖数: 7130 | 7 你们刚搬进去的时候估计人家通了很久的风，所以味道淡了，现在关了几天窗子味道又
出来了呗。
如果是狗尿的话，估计已经soak到地毯的pad里面了，steam clean是清不掉的，让他们
换地毯吧。
如果实在不行，你可以试试Nature's Miracle，不过我不抱什么希望。

发帖数: 7130 | 10 瓷砖的话用bleach应该可以，多用点bleach，soak一会。
地毯也是，让那个nature's miracle soak进去，不要rinse，看看有没有帮助。
nature's miracle在宠物用品店应该有卖的。

carpet at all and the smell was from the wall somehow. The facility did do
a lot to try removing the smell but it did not help much.
I hope your situation is not as bad as his.
