20 miles, so you cross the sea directly with C152? Hehe I am timid and I may
not dare to do it. I fly in warrior usually, from New Haven to Bedford it's
just less than 1 hour as I remembered.
Biplane let me know if you plan to fly into BED anytime later on, we may
have a flight together :) But BED maybe a bit far for you though. |

高度足够，能滑行到陆地就行。
上次去KMVY,回程在大西洋上飞了快一小时。
据说KBED虽然是Class D，却很繁忙，那里的ATC如何？收landing fee不？

发帖数: 29 | 7 1 hr over ocean in a single engine plane, sounds scary to me! Which
altitude were you at?
Seems like KBED won't charge landing fee, but not sure if the local FBOs
charge for parking fee or not if you don't refuel. At some days it could get
quite busy but most of the time it is not too bad.
BTW how's your trip to KMVY? Have you landed at Katama Airpark 1B2 as well?

the Great Salt Lake. Of course on the other hand I am close to many
beautiful mountains.
