secretary admitted he failed to report $53,350 in tips received
from players and coaches from 2001-05 on an income-tax return.
David Szen of Brookfield, Connecticut, today pleaded guilty
in U.S. District Court to one count of filing a false tax
return. Yankees spokesman Jason Zillo said Szen has been fired
by the Major League Baseball team.
