New Jersey's highways are the nation's most congested and residents have the
third-longest commutes in the nation.
Those are the findings in a new study from Rutgers University's Alan M.
Voorhees Transportation Center.
Gov. Jon Corzine is proposing a series of major toll increases on the New
Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway. The
extra money would be used to pay down the state's debt and pay for
