simple -- the production do not need so many labor. I remember some
fiction saying that about 20% of the population is not "required" by the
production activity of human society, named as "waste" population. If you
look at the developed country, almost all of them have about 10% to 20%
people not having jobs. The reasons that the govern-classes pay for those
people food are 1) for the reproduction of labor; 2)keep the labor
