Checked to me , I bet 30$ , big blind called( no image), turn is 10c, he
checked again.
What should he have, slow play or flush draw, should check here or bet again? | h****h

bet turn and check river or check turn and value bet river is fine. I think
check turn is safer because you won't get bluffed off a hand. It might lose
some value, but it can also induce a river bluff. Since bb is unknown, i'll
take the safe route.

1) pocket pair (77,88,99 or so);
2) Kx (x ok, J?)
3) high flush draw.
i would check here since you missed the chance to kick him out early, so
either you have to bet big (aggressive) here or let him draw another card (
weak). since you still have position on the river, check might be sa

benefit. The key to success is after this hand, how you adjust to the image
you established based on this hand. If you bet on the turn, and got to show
down, they realize you are capable of betting with 2nd pair type of hand, so
you might want to start tight up a little bit, and value bet more. If you
checked on the turn, next time you can 2nd barrel without a hand because
they know you wouldn't bet the turn without top

i like a bigger bet on the flop, say 2/3 or pot size, with his QQ and
position, because most ppl can't fold QQ (even with an over card) easily
down the road, some even go crazy no matter what...
so if this is the case, if you're determined to bet some on the flop ($30)
and maybe some on the turn ($30+) for your hand anyway, why not bet them in
one batch and push stronger and earlier? at least when you meet resistence,

With this betting pattern, (2/3 again on turn), you would have to call in
river most times no matter what hits.
Control the pot size is ok with marginal hand like this.
You don't want to put youself in a situation pot-committed for a middle pair.
