s hand are not binding; however, any player deliberately miscalling his hand
may be penalized.
2. Check and Raise is allowed
3. An unlimited number or raises are allowed.
4. Everyone must bet in proper order. Don't fold out of turn. Also, if
someone announces a raise, but not the amount of the raise it is not
appropriate
