The heads up is so crazy. I am big chip leader in the beginning when heads up begins. That buddy is a fish, just shove every hand. I
fold maybe 20 hands (almost in a row) against him. Still have a bunch chips,
but becomes unpatient, and go allin against him with k7suited, he wins me
with ace high(he has ace 3).

what was the effective M when you folded 20+hands while the fish was in
perma-jamming mode? if less than 10, use SAGE!
the fact that you folded 20+hands almost in a row lead me to the conclusion(
s): either both of you had a big stake (then why should you ever go all-in
with K7s?), or you don't know about SAGE, and thus have a huge leak in HU,
by playing way too tight in jam-fold confrontations.

we have all the chips, and the tourney is not a turbo one.
That game is crazy, I have 2:1 chip leader in the beginning. When I limp
the button, that guy shoves. When I raise the button, that guy shoves. When
I am in the blinds, he shoves. Every time, it is a 30-40BB shove, I just can
not call.
Finally I get unpatient, and limp with K7 suited, he shoves, I call, and
lose the game.
I do not know SAGE. What is that?

chip leader raise every hand. I am small blinds, and he is big blinds.
I lower my range to call his allin.
turns out A4o vs A4o
k7o vs my q 10 suit, I get luck though, chop pot.
When he raises the button, if I have any king or ace, raise him.
And get caught one time, I have ace 6 suit, he has qq, but I get luck that
time.
And I lose one chance to Knock him out, he raise allin utg with q 7 off, I
have 88 in the BB. But another 2 guy, raise, and reraise with complete
garbage ki

发帖数: 606 | 10 i wrote a whole paragraph then accidentally eraised them all. . . will try
to be brief here:
if it was 30-40bb, then you made a huge mistake by calling with K7s. just a
little bit of patience will get you there. i would wait for the top 10%
hands to call, that would give you more than 60% chance against a random
hand.
SAGE only come into play when one of you are short stacked (less than 10bb).
it is basically an unexploiable jam-fold stragety when you don't want to
give your oppo any edge. i
