if u bet here, he raises back, u'll have a tough decision to make. there's
not much suspense on the flop, either open ended or flush draw, now both
come on the turn. if he has hands like TT or so, you're not worried.
your JJ is at the high end of your possible hands in his eyes, and even he
hits flush now, you still have 10 good outs.
if board pairs up on river and he slow plays here, he'll be totally beat up.
if no pair on river, he wouldn't bet too much (you look more like a PP like

| p*******p 发帖数: 13670 | 3 I guess you are right, I was worried if he has a single spade (like AsJ or
ksQc,etc), then I give him a free draw, guess I should check behind.
I bet 4 here, and he called, river is blank, he bet 2.5, too small so I cry
called, turns out he has nut flush (As5s)
up.

he totally underestimates your hand, he knows you have at least AJ alike and
he'll get some payoff on the river. but he neglects your re-draw part,
which could cost his whole stack.
a LOT of ppl tend to check with made flush, and bet afterwards at some point
. however, at the same time, ppl are more sensitive to flush board than
straight possibilites. that's why you get more big payoffs with straights
than flushes.
not a bad resu

and he played really bad, too many people like to slow play their flush when
they complete it
