10 time passes (he has 2 unused
passes). At the front desk, Walter refused to exchanged for me. I asked to
speak to Victoria because I had
emailed her when the day I saw the massive email they send out regrading to
switching to Royal B passes from
GGBC passes, but she never replied me. Just because the passes were
purchased before July they turned me
down. I asked him to called Victoria and asked to speak to her, however I
was turned down, because Walter
said "she doesn't want to speak to you". I don't know whatever happen to "
being a good business", is that how
they treat all their customers or ex-customers? No matter what I said, I was
refused and turned down to either
exchange the passes or speak to anyone but their "unable to make decision"
front desk people.
Later on that night, in shower, someone told me that Walter has problem with
me because I been string
rackets for people. There are many times he questions people (that I usually
string rackets for), why don't they
give their rackets to him, and why have to give it to me to string. He been
applied pressure on many of my
friends because they didn't want him to string their rackets. He even
threaten that he is going to call the police
on me if he catch me giving or receiving rackets.
I am very very disappointed at Royal B, and they had been a Royal Pain In
the Ass for me lately.
Someone is going to attend to exchange those passes for me today, however,
if they still refused. I am inviting
people to come play at Royal on Saturday, since I have 20 unused passes. So
please let me know anyone who
what to come play. I'll let you know tonight if I can get you in free or not

to speak when I asked to speak to
them, that's just rude......
A friend of mine is going to try to exchange it today. Those 2 passes was
for Jake's birthday from some of us,
and I am just trying to exchange it for him. Its just been very frustrating.

training, which they usually leave 1
or 2 courts for members. Other non training times, there is no waits, the
gym won't even be half full.

experience seems to go downhill. If they keep displeasing customers, sooner
or later there will be a new owner. Just wait.

Well, I heard that Walter hasn't been a good boy anyway. He was fired from
Affinity because he had a big
drinking party with his friends when he was working there. Either they were
too loud, or they triggered some
alarm, so the police came and they were all in trouble, since some or most
of them were not at legal age to
drink.

me in, and gave me a piece of paper with Mike Yang's email and phone number
. He said I need to contact him to get the compensation. I am dispointed. It
is really Royal Ass now. |
