Chinese positions with a cap of less than 500 M (never long them).
Recently, I made a nice earning from shorting CAAS and DGW.
I really think most of small cap Chinese concepts are scams: like CEU
and DYP, if they have $2.50 cash per share, why not buy back shares to
get a free company? Those small caps are so stupid that they don't are
their shareholder's benefit. They only think how to sell their
positions soon and with a good price and also think how to collect
more money's from the market.
Also many of small cap's MMs are also greedy and stupid Chinese MM.
Most of Chinese small caps have more than one accounting system.
BTW, my opinion may be biased in certain degree since I had big
lessons. Playing with Chinese small caps is just like " HUo Zhong Qu
LI".
There is one small cap which looks good. NPD is invested by Gold
Sachs. However, NPD's FA is not good now since there is no good
earning due to drug-related policy. If NPD is down to $2~3, I will buy
some.

不是说没有好公司，但是垃圾太多，空的话，概率高。

10多年前，csco手上现金充足，公司规模也远没现在这么大，可它并没有见好就收，不

back shares或go private，它反而总在那里split，通过降低股价，来吸引更多的资金

上当前有多少钱跟是否应该buy back shares没太多关系。
就中概来说，风险很大这是没错的。上市的小公司有老实巴交的么？我倒觉得在国内经
商不守规矩应该
是必然的，否则很难成活。估计连老牛的皮包公司都一样不安分守己。但是，由于天朝
的经济主要靠政
策指导，所以一些中概会因政策的支持或中国国情而得以发展，方向性应该相当明朗。
（这就是所谓的炒
股要听党的话，也就是老牛干么死jb咧要学习政府工作报告的原因)。这种股不炒白不
炒，不能因风险
大，吃了几次亏就因噎废食。
deer现在好像是因为买土地多给了地方政府点银子，靠，只要它的土地证政府承认，它

孝敬国家，孝敬父母，多花点钱以后办事方便咋了？我倒觉得那个什么Alfred Little
好像就是个大
香蕉，专门来煽动不明中国国情的美国股民，破坏和谐稳定和安定团结，以达到中饱私
囊的黑暗目的。

发帖数: 2413 | 7 I didn't mean DEER specifically. Actually, I do agree DEER has a solid
FA. DEER's management voluntarily locks insider selling for 2/3 years
in order to show their confidence to their company. Additionally, CEO
buys more DEER. The critical point is that the whole Chinese small
caps have no credits for USA investors and they feel uncomfortable
with them.
DEER's operating MM (I guess MM serves for DEER) is really stupid to
almost hold DEER price in a straight line.
If You can hold DEER for three years or longer, DEER may reach $20 or
more if DEER runs well and Chinese small caps get back their credits.

stocks
you mentioned?
Companies like RINO, they started from China and operated in China.
Companies like SVM, they are mostly foreign companies that mainly operated
in
China. I think they are OK.

million).
Additionally, SVM is a material stock and the whole silver sector gets
higher.

I only short them if no solid FA such as NPD and STV.
