微软收购Skype交易通过美国反垄断审查
Microsoft announced the Skype acquisition on May 10 and plans to connect it
to Outlook e-mail, Xbox game console, Windows mobile phones and corporate-
phone software. Skype offers voice and video calling over the Internet and
is primarily used by consumers. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said it
