Hobbs: Our last quarterly report was for the period ended June 30, 2012. At
that time, our cash balance was approximately $29.3 million. As of June 30th
, we remained debt-free and have a $20 million working capital credit
facility with Silicon Valley Bank that provides us with additional financing
options to access capital to support our commercialization plans, if needed
. In addition, our Board of Directors and our management team are constantly
evaluating ways to strengthen our balance sheet while at the same time
maximizing returns to our shareholders. |

我猜是5+以上才有可能增发。
如果药物批准后是15-17，那FDA之前可能回到jenny说的5+，在本周之前可能会到2.5+。

my thesis on DCTH, is pre run into NDA
pre run into approved, I think will approved, but I don't think it will "
SALE", so sold at the approved date is perfect
hope for another SVNT & SRPT play here.
