这里仅加**2,对0/00/011开头的号码。

8232;<0:*168886>[2-9]xx.|<011:*1688>xx.|<00:*1688>xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*]@@.)
这里将0/00/011替换为localphone的*1688.

Expert configuration setting, you must have both the "OBiTALK Settings" and
"Device Default" check boxes UNCHECKED. Only then, can you enter a new
