confirmed，是怎么回事？上次也有一个这样的，现在钱被hold了。
还有给paypal打电话，agent 说如果是 unconfirmed address，将来如果有
unauthorized dispute 是不cover的？？ 即使Seller Protection "eligible"
这个地址有人寄过吗？我查了这个buyer的地址/电话都对不上。。。。

因为usps认为这个地址不是标准地址的写法，所以显示为unconfirmed。
但是paypal认为这个地址是对的，所以paypal认为是confirmed地址。
paypal说cover就是cover的。

主要可疑的是电话是FL的（座机），地址是TN的，然后搜索这个地址住的人家 last
name 根本不是这个，怕怕啊

The address is unconfirmed as USPS is concerned as they have their own
database of address information and if the buyer's address shows even a
slight difference, the shipping label will tagged it as unconfirmed but
nonetheless, you are still eligible for the Seller Protection Policy as
the address is indeed confirmed, as far as PayPal is concerned and that
is what is important. |

you think the transaction could be a fraud. they probably will put a hold on
it. Then you can tell buyer you cannot ship.

shipping lable不是我问的原话中的，客服回信自己加上去的。我当时也是问的收到payment的情况。
