Hi - while I was very happy that my computer arrived this morning...imagine
how dismayed I was to see that it arrived in a box with NO packing materials
- the ONE little blow up bag you put in there popped. I was even more
dismayed and disappointed when I fired it up only to find the LCD display

I feel Fedex won't cover it, the laptop still works.But if u can get the
buyer to stick to the broken package story, maybe.

this won't work either, as 1. the receipt is long invalid; 2. Even u r 小舅
子 of BB manager, u do not know the new batch has i5 as well.
