buyer extra delievery fee,买家不同
意，然后又把包裹从法国退回到美国，买家同时还dispute到paypal，说要全退。
dispute结果下来了今天，让我全部把钱包裹运费退回买家。
我提供了当时的shipping tracking confirm nubmber,我想这种情况怎么能让我吃邮费
呢？
我还有必要继续dispute吗？或是说牙根没有可能把shipping fee 要回来了呢？ | e****e
