现在又被告知 paypal最安全，billpay 信用卡不好，银行会上报irs。
到底怎样收钱安全些呢？paypal may suspend big payments.

你用paypal收钱，然后再转到bank， 然后再付性用卡，不是多绕了好几步 么？

accounts (such as BOA review).
Have not heard anything negative with bill pay yet.

know it.
I also have problems with Paypal(limited/review) before, but if IRS won't
know it, I will use paypal.
Anybody know that IRA will check billpay to credit cards? or FBI (money
laundry)?
