I got a forward letter from BBB. Said PayPal will give me the money and
release the limitation to my account. But I checked my account. It is not
there yet.

Here is the part of the letter. Nobody thinks I can get money back. But here
it is:

I educated XXXXXXX on PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. In addition, I
refunded $107.49 USD to the Account and removed the limitation.
