you some suggestions from the policy of Amazon. I’ve read your email from
Amazon and I think you must grasp the main points of this email, such as
insufficient feedback you receive from buyers, your established selling
history，expediting velocity limits and account reviews and so on.

发帖数: 198 | 3 我的amazon账号一个多月前刚刚被review过，10几天前刚刚结束，
现在amazon会例行review新卖家，如果你的销量突然增大，而FB太少，
就如楼上所说，你可以提供必要的材料，以加快review的速度，不过一般都一个月左右。
你现在要做的就是：
把需要的材料发给amazon；
向买家催Feedback，要注意措辞，始终坚持3P原则，如果产品没问题，发10个FB
request，能收到2-4个FB；
保证产品的出货，不要有seller cancelled order和late shipment order；
尽量保证买家满意，不要出现NF，如果出现NF，跟客户沟通，发个新的产品过去，或者
Full refund，或者给Gift card。
如果review不通过，amazon账户里的钱会再hold 3个月。
